this quote always seems to find its way back to me:

no matter how many times i’ve read it, it always tugs at my heartstrings.
I have heard/seen that quote many times, and have often thought of it to myself because it gets to the heart of things in such an important way. But I had no idea who the author was!

that’s funny, deb. i, too, have heard this quote many times in many different forms over the years, but just today i found it attributed to khalil gibran.
