vacation

my time at the beach has come and gone. i can’t even begin to put the whole experience into words, so here are some of the highlights:

played frisbee on the beach with my sister and parents
shared a shot of 100-year-old grand marnier
saw a pirate’s ship
watched the sun set over the bay
rode a carousel with my sister
took pictures, lots of pictures
read a book
celebrated my father’s birthday
ate a funnel cake, okay, two funnel cakes
walked through a graveyard
rode a bike to the fenwick lighthouse
played miniature golf
enjoyed every moment

it was a time i’ll never forget.

Nice! I love the photos you took in the graveyard and the one of the giraffe against the clouds.

I’ve been really enjoying your sea-themed quotes! And I love the pictures. Too many of them to list caught my eye, but the pirate ship ones and the giraffe one looking up his back were especially eye-catching to me! I guess I just liked the different perspectives. Looks like it was a great vacation!

I keep hearing about Rehoboth beach, I really need to check it out!
